What age is this suitable for?

Children of all ages will love receiving their letter by mail - and spending quality time with their adult doing a shared task. These letters are created for kids aged 5+, with an
adult's assistance. Older kids can read the stories and letters on their own, but they're meant to be enjoyed together.

Can I add more than one child's name?

If you've opted for our DIY kit - where you receive all of the letters as a bundle, and personalise yourself - then you can have as many names as you can fit!

If you've opted for our personalised weekly send, we limit to two children per subscription.

How and where do you deliver?

Our personalised weekly letters are sent via Royal Mail, so anywhere within the United Kingdom. Letters are sent weekly in the countdown to Christmas.

Our DIY letter bundle is sent via EVRI.

We can only deliver to one address, supplied at checkout.

What if my letter doesn't turn up?

Our non-personalised bundle is sent through a tracked provider, with full visibility.

For our personalised weekly send, we will do our best to ensure your letter arrives on time. If they don't, please contact us for help.
